Evaluation Material

New this year, all athletes born in 2017 or prior are required to learn an “evaluation mini routine.” Each routine consists of two standing tumbling passes, two running tumbling passes, jumps, and a dance. Athletes will perform these routines in small groups during their evaluation. Those who wish to be considered as a flyer will need to learn an additional routine showcasing their flexibiliy. To learn the routines, athletes can attend our evaluation prep clinics or practice at home by watching our demo videos. Below you will find the skill lists for each leveled routine and routine demos. It is recommended to select the routine where you can confidently perform 100% of the skills.
