What is All Star Cheerleading?

All Star Cheerleading is a high energy, co-ed sport where teams compete with a routine comprised of tumbling, stunts, jumps, pyramids and dance.  All Star teams differ from school or recreational cheerleading programs because they are typically affiliated with a private gym or club. Unlike traditional cheerleading, there is no sideline or spirit-leading component of All Star, the sole purpose of these teams is to compete;  All Star athletes train and perform for the challenge and thrill of competition in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment. Children can begin as young as three years old and continue competing throughout adulthood.

Teams are grouped by age and level and may compete locally, nationally, and even globally. Although the term “all star” evokes images of elite or high level athletes, All Star Cheerleading is a place for everyone! Regardless of prior experience, our specialized training develops young athletes into confident and capable performers.
