Tumbling Classes
Top Gun Orlando is proud to offer a comprehensive tumbling program that serves students from beginner to advanced. Our experienced, USASF certified coaches ensure athletes progress safely while working towards their tumbling goals.
These classes are open to both team and non-team members. We operate on continuous open enrollment which means that, space permitting, you can start whenever you’d like without needing to wait for a session or semester. With a low monthly cost and no long term commitment, Rec Tumbling is a great fit for any aspiring tumbler!
Our recreational program serves athletes aged 5-18. If you’re looking for programs for younger students, be sure to look at our preschool offerings! Class descriptions and schedules can be found below.
How to Register:
Students may enroll in Tumbling 101, Mini Tumbling 101, and Cheer 101 at any time through our online portal. Students wishing to enroll in any other class will need to complete an evaluation with one of our tumbling directors to make sure they are joining the appropriate class. This opportunity is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-6:15pm and can also be registered for through our online portal.
Coaching Philosophy and Class Structire:
Top Gun Orlando subscribes to a “perfection before progression” philosophy when teaching tumbling skills. All tumbling classes are structured to provide drills, guided practice, and strength training. Hands-on spotting is not a major part of our tumbling program. We want athletes to build the strength and technique to master skills, as opposed to a coach simply flipping them over. Our motto, “drills get skills” has proven to be very effective!
